Simplistix - making things simpler

This release allows for the configuration to live outside the Stepper product along with the notion of sub-steps and plenty of bug fixes.

Stepper is a framework for performing asynchronous tasks on Zope servers.

The new features were:

The location of the config module is now configurable rather than being fixed to Products.Stepper.config
It's now possible to create a run sub-steps from within a step.
Several more utility steps were added

This release also features fixes for the broken continue_on_error functionality along with several other bugs.
