Process

This is a commercially licensed framework for performing periodic processing on Zope-based web application servers.

Process acts as a seperate ZEO client that may be run on any machine or operating system, even if these differ from that of the storage server.

Jobs are run periodically and Process is triggered either by cron or a scheduled task. Custom scripts can be written to turn Process into a command line processor.

It has the following feaures:

Commands are written as normal python packages
Multiple commands can be configured, each with a different frequency
Bullet proof error handling, including ConflictErrors
Full logging including email notification
Extensive helper library including many XML/DOM utlities.
